What's Provided
The Outplacement Programme is provided for in blocks of 3 sessions per employee.
- Each session last approx one hour
- the first block including an extra 30 min CV guidance session.
Sessions are completely confidential, allowing your employee to feel supported for their emotional well-being as well as gaining assistance for their search for employment.
The number of blocks that your employee attends is up to you.
Payment and Refund Terms
- Payment is in advance for each block per employee
- Should your employee not attend the first session within one month of the date of employment then this is deemed as a ‘no show’ and the advance fee will be repaid less $150 cancellation charge.
