Sorry, there is no simpler way to put it. At times we all need someone to talk to, someone to listen.
Often friends and/or family can help and listen to what is going on. However, frequently we have issues we wouldn’t want to discuss with someone "too close". Can you always be sure what you say will be treated in confidence? Will the person be able to listen attentively, not judge, not give advice, or place their own hopes and fears onto you?
I offer you an impartial, non-judgmental, independent and confidential one to one counselling service.
It is not my place to advise you what to do – it is for me to help you find the answers within yourself.
As a qualified counsellor I work within the guidelines as set out by the New Zealand Association of Counsellors (NZAC) , which I am a member of, and am bound by their Code of Ethics.
